I doubt you could build it for the "buy it now" price if you were paying somebody to do the work.

Purchase price for a good used original complete cab. fully functional would go 30K cause they are just not out there. The 37s were used and abused up thur the 60s and earlier considered ugly ducklings. They began to get popular in the 70s and have continued to do so. As a design, I believe they are the best of all flathead years considering weight, components and comfort. This is not a paid commercial, just trying to explain the "why" of their value in any body style of which the cab. and roadster are the most rare.
