Default camshaft ID

While going through some of my old FH stuff the other day I came across this cam. It is stamped on the end Harmon- Collins 21A FR RE. Would that be enough information to ID the cam. I don't even recall what motor we used it in.

I believe the FR is "Full Race"

There were several different "FR" ones.
Here is one of them.
In 19-61
Ex 60-18
.333 lift
In cl .011
Ex cl .013
