Default Restoring cutouts

Trying to locate the guy here on fordbarn that restores cutouts. Thought it might be Steve Blancard. Last year he was looking for original cores.

Hmmm, my ears are burning , lol! I was at the Richmond AACA meet yesterday with a variety of restored generators and refurbished cutouts. I also had a restored model A generator with the new Electronic Voltage Regulator (EVR) installed.

I just mailed him my cut out to test and he determined it was bad. Steve sold me a replacement at a fair price and it looks great. Thanks Steve!

Referred you to steve in riverside, cal. , as a restorer of the cutout. I appreciated your YouTube. Almost want to try it myself. The repos look sketchy to me.

Ok thanks. Yes, the available repro cutouts are very poor quality. Original Ford cutouts are very high quality and are worth the effort to refurbish.
