Default 1931 Slant Window WINDSHEILD

I've never seen a Slant Window Fordor WINDSHEILD, could someone post a photo of the easy to note features? That is one item on my Hershey shopping list. Thanks! Bob

Looks the same as a straight windshield 1930-31 except shorter height. Don't have a measurement in hand but easy to notice. It is hard to find a good one since slant production was low. It is reproduced and those are nice.

Thanks Roger, guess I'll just measure the windsheild opening and add that to my notes. There is a junk common 30-31 frame in the garage. Trailer loading starts around noon. See you non the field. Bob

Mot is correct on the dimensions. The 45 1/2 is across the top where as across the bottom is 44 1/2". FYI the "across" dimensions are basically the same for the straight windshield but the height for it is 16" on the side. Both have the wind deflector with double stepped/tapered ends.

The top will have only one or no hole for the wiper. I know the 68C 400A frames have one hole and the bracket. The others it goes thru the header if I remember correct.

All the others will have multiple holes.

That is a quick way to ID one from a distance.
