Default 34 Where is the radiator overflow outlet?

I want to add a Skips 3# valve but can't find the outlet end of the overflow tube. I assume it is somewhere under the radiator since the overflow comes out close to the center of the car but It might help if I knew where to look and what I'm looking for.

I assume I would find the outlet if I were to remove the fender apron below the radiator but, at first glance, it looks like in order to remove the apron I first have to remove the radiator. I'd like to not have to do that.

Here's how it is installed. The over flow tube is below the radiator. G.M.

You have to take those valves off, to clean them, ever so often, unless your coolin system is very clean.
If you have any dirt, at all, in your system, it will make it's way into the valve and plug it up. You then, have a sealed system, which is not good.

OK, I finally found it. The overflow tube comes through the LH rear of the upper tank and continues down the LH rear of the radiator. At least on my '34. Here's a photo.
