Default Light switch position

What is the light switch position on a 33? Is the off in the center? what is on the left and on the right of the center position? I read in a prior post about 36s that "the center its off, to the right the high beam light comes on and to left from off position the first position is the park lights and second is low beam". Can somebody clarify the correct position for 1933? Thanks !! Manuel

I can't comment on any prior post but from all the '35s and '36s I have had, the center is off, right is parking light. Left of center first stop is low beam, second stop is high beam. I suspect your '33 is the same.

Hope this helps.

Tom

I found this information in the "Instruction Book Ford 4 cylinder Cars-Trucks" available from usual vendors. On page 11 of the booklet it states that when handle is in the center lights are off, one click to the left turns the parking light on, one click to the right is low beam and second click to the right is high beam. Hope the info may be useful to somebody else. Thanks flatheadfan for your comment. Manuel
