I purchased glass bedding tape from MACS. One side has glue or an adhesive on it. Does the glued or adhesive side of the tape go against the glass when installing or should it be installed so the adhesive side sticks to the channel that holds the glass?

Never seen tape like that. But if I was using it I'd stick to the glass. I use vinyl tape to hold the bedding tape in place. Then force it into the glass channel.
