It is truly amazing that from iron ore to a car in twenty some hours. The payments take longer, but the vehicles will last decades. WOW!

I have experienced this plant first hand in my Model A. In 1978 (50th anniversary of the Model A), the National Meet Tour was directed down inside and through the plant as the Ford employees cheered us on. I have to admit there was a tear in my eye! There were over 500 cars on the tour. I figure my car was within feet of where it was built. At the time the foundry that cast the block was being torn down for a new plant. It was an experience I will never forget. Great film, Ed
