Are fender brace clips used on the rear fenders ?
If so, I would assume that they go between the bracket and the fender. Are they welded to the fender or just held in by bolting ? Does anyone have pictures of this part installed ? Tommy- |

yes they are used on the rear fenders. they have four small spot welds holding them in place. most reproduction rear fenders come without them. why it beats me.

heres one installed in fender
the spacer is spot welded to the fender ive attached a picture of both sides of the spacer in the third picture you can see where the old spot weld broke off and while I was at it I added a photo of the correct carriage bolt notice the low profile head as opposed the modern high profile dome tom |
