Default OD-C1 wiper help needed

I found all the pieces and parts and got it all together and working.
Mount it on the windshield frame and life is good.... almost...

The stupid power terminal does not come all the way through the windshield frame. How is power hooked up to this thing?? I have the connector on the end of the wire that snaps on to the post (terminal) but the post is only flush with the inside of the windshield frame.

Is there an extension? Is there more than one length post? (I don't find anything in the standards that says there is anything more and the drawing shows the post the same length as I have.

Anyone have a photo of wiper from inside the cab? This would be for the OD that has the offset shafts.

Thanks

The brass power post is 13/16" long. If yours doesn't fit the windshield frame, you might have the wrong mounting boots.

Post measures right length.
Boots are B2 as called out in standards.
But end of post is flush with frame.
Photos would be a great help....anyone?

I have a similar problem with my OD-C1A motor. I think the connector should slide into the window frame and snap on to the wiper post. My original casting is so warped that I cannot get the connector to slide into the frame hole so it can snap on to the post on the motor. I will try to take a photo shortly.
