Default Moving Quail

I took Miss Tillie to town this morning to get some coffee (and show her off of course) and about a mile out of town, I noticed that the Quail Cap started to turn clockwise and started looking at me. At first I tought it had just come loose then noticed that the fill tube had broken from the radiator (again).

I found a fella in the area who claims he can solder it back and add about 1/8" to the base of the fill tube. It has always had some upward
caused by the radiator shell. That should eliminate the problem in the
future.

But, now that the clutch problem is fixed (new clutch release arm), she is running better than ever. The mechanic really tweaked it out.
