Default Throw out bearing lube question

Time to lubricate my a's throw out bearing and i am concerned about over lubricating it. How many strokes on my grease gun?
1? 2? 3? More? Thanks for your suggestions as i certainly do not want excess grease in that location but do want enough for a couple of thousand miles.

If its a modern bearing its sealed, (no grease) you will just pump grease in the bellhousing and if it gets to your clutch you will have a new problem. 1 /2 pump will do the bearing collar.
