Unhappy little help with my 226

Yesterday as i was gettin home as i pulled into the drive way my.truck just died, As it died water was coming out of the top.of the radiator cap ??, truck has a new thermostat, Any ways i let it cool down, Added new 50/50, Truck wanted too start but then would die, also i had too turn the starter over many times before it would start, Aslo when trying too start it there was a loud sucking noise, Was doing it every time i turned it over, truck has new points, frest 6v,
Any ideals guy ¿

Pour a little gas down the carb and see if it will start.
