Which is the correct mounting for the April 1928 -October 1929 Battery to switch cable support assembly?
It can go one of two ways...with the end of the "curve" towards the starter or towards the floorboard? Thanks. Pluck |

The mounting tab that goes under the bolt is on the battery side. I might have a picture of a good original mount and rubber.

Pluck I wasn't quite sure of your question, so I reworded my answer, plus here is a picture.

Tom,
The part is attached to the bell housing and has the special rubber insulating grommet. Pluck |

Here's a picture of what's left of the original grommet on my 9-27-28.

Bulletins page 395 or Standards page 2-4
If you hold the bracket up in position you will find it can only go one way and achieve the result shown.
