I got my 28 RPU up on the MaxJax today:
![]() So far so good but I had to make a custom post(standard post is on the left, custom on right) for the end of the arms as the Model A frame is way up inside the body as compared to a modern car. ![]() Today is just a test run. Next on my list of projects is installing a new gas tank in the 63 Corvette and then on to fuel injection. After that, install the rebuilt engine, 39 transmission and Mitchell overdrive in the RPU. Hmm, complete new drive train! So far I'm very happy with the MaxJax. It takes up a lot less room than a 4 post lift and can be stored away if desired. |

I have two Rotary lifts and have to use the longest posts from both lifts to raise a Model A. Even with them, I have to use a couple of 2x4's as well to pick the car up to clear the running boards This winter I'll make some custom posts to help the process.

Interesting lift. Without cables between the two posts (like a typical 2 post lift), how are the two sides synchronized?

The anchor have the threads in them and are about 5 inches long. The bolts are 2 inch x 5/8.
