Default Tire Pump Identification

I have a Ford Bridgeport tire pump with cast iron and steel contruction. Has normal outlet but has another inlet/outlet at the head of the pump. No part number underneath. Just Ford script. Your help would be greatly appreciate in identifying this. I have not seen another with this type head.

Thank you very much for the quick reply. Everything I see so far refers to brass pumps and the pictures look very different from mine. I believe this is for an early model T. The pump diameter is very small. Tubing OD is 7/8". The search is on..........
