Default Cabriolet weather strip

I have a 68C that is missing the weatherstrip on top of the windshield header that seals the top header. I haven't seen one in the catalogs. Anyone have any suggestions? Kinda drafty out this time of year.

When I took my header off the weather strip looked like the door insulation for houses...one inch wide foam with sticky back...not correct but I think it will work..mine is 68a so might be different?? Dick

I found the 35-36 header seal was a little to small. I ended up calling all around to the weather striping people until I came up with the right size for my A400 I`m have it writing down somewhere who I ended up using I think it was Metro Rubber. on the 68 A&B`s the seal is a one of a kind, here is a picture of a cross section. I did purchase the seal for 68 B`s from Larry Machacek in Conroe Texas some years back.

Hi John,
I would be very interested in who you order from for the upper w/shield frame rubber seal. I am restoring 400A #4711 Thank you, Jim Sinclair

PS Your 400 looks great!
