Default Model A Heater (new thread)

I was reading the earlier interesting comments on Model A heaters. I live in New England and there are many days I wish I could have a little heat but I don't want to cut up a perfectly good fire wall. The car is being restored so now is the time to think about it. Has anyone come up with a way to get some warm air coming through a modification in the upper floor board? Ed
