Default Toy Aoogah Horn

Anyone know where one could find a toy Aoogah horn (Sparton sound)? I would like to put one on my grandson's red Radio Flyer wagon for Christmas.
Thanks in advance.

1930 Coupe-I have the identical car: got it in the 1940's for Christmas, right after WWII because during the War any toys I got were made of wood.

Bud, if you're kinda clever you could probably make something that would work. There are lots of digitized Ahoogah sounds around (I even have one for my ringtone on my iPhone), and there is no doubt something at Radio Shack you could use to transfer or record the sound to, and attach a button and... I dunno. It seem possible.
