Default shocks for a 1939 ford deluxe

i am thinking about buying front and rear shocks from C AND G for my 1939 ford deluxe my question is their anyone out their who bought these shocks for their 39 and how was the fit these are tube shocks i am speaking of any information would be appreciated thakk you all. jim s.

I prefer the original lever shocks over tube shocks, but understand the economic reason to switch over. Have you called C&G and talked to them? Unless things have changed you will talk to a person who knows old Fords and understands your questions.
