Default 31 Phaeton Question

Yesterday morning I brought home the balance of the A parts I bought from a freind. In these parts was a box of interior pieces from a 31 phaeton. The car was a RHD brought back stateside from Australia in the 80's and was stored in Omaha until bought by Charlie Jones in North Platte who restored it. Charlie moved to Iowa and passed away afew years later and his wife sold the car to a banker shortly after.

When unloading the pieces I looked at the markings on the back of the interior pieces and seen it had pieces marked rear door and were the shape expected. Now after thinking things over abit I can't get it all to add up as I thought all 30-31 phaeton's were the 2 door style. What am I missing here? Possibly foreign sales still offered the 4 door version. I just am not sure. Thanks Rod
