Default What's this on a 91-99...

Received a pair of 91-99's and wondering what this brass accessory does.

Noticed the brass drains are larger than the other.

This is where Stewart Warner gasoline heaters get their fuel supply to make heat.

I have one that has a fitting that replaced a bowl plug. Didn't have to drill a hole into the airhorn. I see yours goes into the vent hole.
