Default running boards

While working on the instrument panel on the Model A, I keep skinning my shins on the edge of the running board. I went to Lowe's yesterday and picked up a piece of 1" foam insulation, it's cut on one side from one end to the other, slipped it over the edge of the running board. I can now work in comfort..

Good idea Jim, wish you'd had it last week ! I'm going to get some of that foam for the next shin scraping session.

I use that stuff on saw horses to pad them when working on delicate parts, like glass, or painted parts.
