Default horn relay

Hey Guys, Twice this week my battery has drained on my 53 customline. I had noticed the other day the horn relay was warm to the touch. Is that a sign its bad?

Horn relay will have a wire to thats hot all the time, key on or off. Should not be warm ever, and may cause a fire!

Thank you. I didn't think it should be warm.
