Default Do we have anyone near Fairfax, VA that can mentor a new owner?

Does anyone live in or near Fairfax, Virginia that could assist a new Model-A owner start his Model-A?

This car was one I 'inherited' from Jon Phillips' Model-A Garage that had a cracked head due to freezing. We replaced the head, installed a rebuilt carburetor, and replaced the battery. The vehicle was transported to the owner back during the Winter and now he is ready to drive it but he cannot get it to start. By phone I can hear it where it has tried to start, and occasionally has started and then died. We had it starting easily and running well when it was here so I am suspecting it won't be much, but he just needs a mentor to show him the ropes again. Anyone??
