Default 1934 Ford PU windshield frame i

I started with a bare 34 PU cab and purchased two windshield frames at swap meets. Both were advertised as being correct for a 34 pickup. However there are some minor differences in them - one has sort of an approximately 1” skirt ( for lack of a better description) along the bottom frame piece that projects inward towards the dash and the other doesn’t. However , The most confusing thing is the loose sheet metal strips that interlock with the top frame pieces that provides the hinged connection. I am assuming that this loose piece attaches to the roof of the cab in some manner to support the WS frame in the installed position. Assuming that one of these two WS frames is indeed the correct one for a 34 PU - my question is : is there some kind of manual that illustrates the correct orientation of these pieces and how the sheet metal strip attaches to the roof of the cab ?
