Strange looking car. It's a right hand drive. The right side of the car windshield splits like an early model T. Parking lamps like an early teen car, a model A gas tank, and a brass radiator.

Is there any way to blow up the view on the emblem?

If I were to guess I would say a French-made car. But I don't know what.

Looks like a 1920-22 Gardener emblem. Gardener later offered a horn mounted on the center of the headlight bar. British truck cabs had windshields like this in that era.

French cars weren't right hand drive.

Dave, great photo. I love the thatched roofs and ivy covered stone walls. Definitely not southern California.
