Question What Do You Want Under The Christmas Tree This Year ?

Assuming you have been nice … 😉

What do you want under
The Christmas Tree this year … 🎄

The title to a 29 Phaeton would be great but I don't think I've been that nice this year! Lol. Putting my 31 back together, anything for that will do.

Nothing really,I'm generally happy with whatever rolls my way.My wife said that for the last 40 years she's watched me turn chicken poop into chicken sandwiches.Make the most of what comes your way and be happy with it.I would like to find a 30-31 pickup cab under there though.I would even leave the money under there for it.

Nothing for me this year, I'm remodeling my wife "Powder Room" for her Christmas present. For what it is costing, I could have bought a Deluxe Phaeton.

Maybe I'll ask for a new air compressor next year. I just noticed my Craftsman air compressor I bought in '75 has developed a rod knock!

With everyone putting out such nice thoughts, I feel a little greedy! I asked for, and they were delivered yesterday, 5 American Classic Radial tires. For my '28 Tudor. With new tubes and rim liners. I am very excited to try them out! (I really haven't been that good)

All I want is the time, energy, and enthusiasm to get my Burtz block assembled. Nothing moved in 2024, I hardly got to spend any time in my shop this year, and nothing done.

The problem with wishing to turn back the clock is that I would make the same mistakes, only sooner.

My car does not need anything but I am on the opposite coast at the moment and home sick. So I wish to go home. I will, sometime in January. I will drive back. It only takes 5 days and is an interesting drive.

Mine threw a rod, and the thing had pieces flying all over the garage I do my work in. Fortunately no damage to my streetrod which was sitting right in front of the thing.

They don't make any decent little ones any more. Everything has been cheapened up, except the price of course. I now have a big real big one.

I would like Santa to drop off a bunch of elves who would take on the chore of knocking the dents out of the fenders of the '30 Town Sedan I'm restoring. I really do not like sheet metal work (and not surprisingly, I'm not particularly good at it either).

Lacking that, time, time and more time to finish up the resto.

I agree with JayJay, need some elves in the spring to help with the Clutch/Pressure plate and throw-out in the spring.
