Default Rear bumper bracket question

Can the rear bumper brackets that bolt to the frame and the crossbar be removed and re-installed without lifting the body so they could be media blasted and repainted?

A lot depends on what condition the bolts that go through the frame are in. The type of body can have an affect too. The sub rails set on blocks but the edges are close to the frame rails.

There is one bolt on each arm that is trapped by the body. If you remove the arms, see the sketch below.

Thanks guys. I'll crawl up under it next chance I get and verify. I've never really paid attention to how it attaches to the frame under the body so it got me a little worried.
