v8fordman Senior Member Join Date: May 2010 Location: Lexington, NC Posts: 1,016	Remote door handle spring install Does anyone know of a special "trick" for installing the spring on the remote (handle) end of a door latch assembly? I was wondering if it can be done without heating the tabs and removing the mechanism cover. I'm working on a '37 pickup.
