Snyders 5.5 high compression head

I just bought a new Snyders 5.5 high compression head for a 28 aa. Motor is recently been rebuilt. Pulled the stock head to replace with the high compression one. When installing a high compression head is the torque the same or do I want to go higher? Also have the banana pop out cable on it. Does it need extra torque? What tricks do you recommend for installing the head? I have a 32 b head gasket for it
