Default Float valves

I have two flatheads one with a 97(37 motor) and one with a 59 carb(41 motor). The 97 has a flow valve in the inlet gas connection. Where is the float valve for the 59 carb, not in the inlet gas connection?

mrt,
The valve ( needle and seat ) is in the air horn. Remove the (5) 10-32 screws
that attach the air horn to the bowl flip the ah over and there it is.
