Default Parking brake help

I bought a '30 pickup and it had no parking brake. The hole is right to the front of the shifter. I have a parking brake lever but none of the mounting hardware (if any is needed) Can anyone provide me with more info or better yet some images of the setup its self.

Here is an image from Mac's to show what I have.

The 30 goes on the passenger side of the transmission.
You will need a brake rod to link to the emergency brake cross shaft.
Probably a good time for you to take a couple of pictures so we can see what you are working on.

Sounds like you have an earlier transmission tower with the brake
lever in front, you need the one with the lever to the right like Bob said.

Get in touch with Richard Lacy at the Early V-8 Garage. (626) 338-2282. He makes an adaptor to mount the park brake to the later V-8 transmission.
