Default Bottom radiator hose help

On my 52 F1, I'm attempting to install the bottom radiator hoses on the stock 8RT motor and it's not going well. I'm thinking I should've installed them to the radiator before I install the radiator.
If anyone's got suggestions as to how to install them I'd be happy for the assistance.

Rub a smidge of dish soap around the inside of the end of the hose for lube...it'll jump on the radiator outlet. DD

Submerge the hoses in boiling water for a few minutes so they soften and you should be able to bend them and get them on....works for me.

I got the hoses on thanks for the help. I got one on just with the dish detergent and the second I tried the hot water idea and it worked enough with a little soap to get it on.
