36 Gas Tank and Turtle.

I've got a couple of questions for you.

1. Can the fuel tank in a '36 be put back in with the body on?
My coupes body is at the paint shop and I'm finishing the frame but might run out of time to get the tank finished and back in the frame before the body goes back on.

2. How do I get the Speedo "turtle" apart to replace the gear?
