I will be running a Wico magneto. Is there a way to use a vintage Sun Tach and sending unit with a mag?

Depends on how old the Suntach is. If it doesn't amplify the point signal, probably not. Without signal amplification, the magneto trip circuit will probably be too loaded down by the tach to work. Meaning the magneto won't develop enough fire to properly to start the car. I don't think it'll hurt to try it and see.

Sun transmitter no. 37-A was made for use with 8 cyl. magneto. You might find one on eBay.

Mine will be a for a Banger. The transmitters are out there. My concern is if they will work with a Wico magneto?
