Model Bs look similar but when you get down to the nuts and bolts everything is different from the A.

Err ok. How about the curve of the fender that meets the body is that the same? Could you fill in the holes and then just make new ones to mAtch up?

The flat part of a running board on a '32 where it attaches to the running board is 15 inches. Note it attaches to the frame of the car. The flat part of the running board on my '31 RDPU (same as car) where it attaches to the fender is 11 inches. Note it extends to the apron. See pictures.

32 fords do not have a splash apron the fenders bolt directly to the frame that is why 32 frames are so valuable. Anything is possible but it is going to take major reworking of the fender to get them to work.
