Wire in Front Seat Cushion - 29 Special Coupe

When I was having my 29 coupe judged this summer, one item that was not correct was the lack of a wire in the front seat cushion. I think this may be a wire that runs in the interior of the cushion you sit on and perhaps runs from side to side. But I'm not sure. Does anyone have a picture or illustration or some verbage that would provide guidance to allow me to address this issue in the correct manner.
