Default 36 pickup, 59AB, what resistor

I am working on a 36 pickup, all stock except, juice brakes, tube shocks, and a 59AB flathead. My wiring is stock, with a voltage regulator added. My question is can I use the resistor from the 36, or do I need one from 46-47? Thanks Ron

Agree with alanwoodieman. I assume we're talking ignition/coil resistor here.
