Default OT- Looking for older, Group 1 battery information

I know that what I am asking about is not model A's, but I thought that I would drop a line in the water here, as someone might have/know what I am looking for.

This is in regards to older (early to mid-1950's) Group 1 batteries. I am trying to figure out and decipher some "size" issues with the fit of original Group 1 batteries versus modern Group 1 batteries. In particular, I am looking for the center-to-center measurement for the battery posts. The height, width and length of the battery is not in question, rather just the dimension of the posts. I have some numbers of original application batteries, but I have not been able to find any information on any of them, and I don't think that I would ever find an original.

1M11-WL Delco-Remy
1MS-65R Auto-Lite
601 Globe-Union
M-1-70 Thos A. Edison

These numbers all interchange to the same applications, but I have not been able to find any dimensional information. If anyone has any information, or could possibly point me in a direction that might be able to help, it would be greatly appreciated.
