Default 1937 Ford Generator..same as. 1934

I have a stock 1934 Ford 21 stud with the original generator ,I have the opportunity to pick up a generator from a 1937 Ford ,as a spare ; my question are they the same; and will it mount the same as the 34 , thanks .

Rusty early 37 was the same, later 37 ones were the 2 brush type they have smaller air vents at the rear in the way of slots .,so if its got 3 brushes itL do the job .
