Default How To Remove/Replace 1931 Radiator Shell Lower Panel

What is the best way to remove and replace the lower panel from a 1931 radiator shell. It looks like there are two spot welds on each side. I purchased a very nice shell that was missing that panel at Hershey last year and need to find and replace that panel from a otherwise junk shell. If anyone has a nice lower panel let me know. Thanks in advance for any info.

it is a game of sacrifice, on the one with the bad lower panel grind out the spot welds on the inside of the shell and look for a good panel or a shell with a good panel and grind the spot welds from the outside of the then find someone with a spot welder and weld it back in.
