29 Sport Coupe wood

My Sport Coupe had no wood or hardware when I got it so I have some questions now that it is time to fit the new wood.
- Are the three bolts that attach the door header wood to the metal door header strip carriage bolts?
- Does the nailed on door header trim go between the door header wood and the metal header strip or under the metal header strip?
- Does the package shelf fit under the body or between the belt wood and the body?
- What bolts are used to bolt the belt wood to the body, carriage, countersunk machine? Do the bolt heads go from the top down or bottom up?
- Do I attach the header first and then nail on the header trim or nail the trim on first and then install the header?
