Default Canadian Open end bumpers on EBAY

item # 220919129124 How rare are is this bumper? It has Canadian bumper brackets so I'm assuming it's from N of the border. Were they more common on early Canadian cars then US?

I believe that the bumper that is listed in that auction is a model T bumper and not an early model A bumper. The model T bumpers were 60" long while the early model A open end bumpers were 63.5" long.

Seller states it is 60" in length, so criswellnks stats give it to be Model T.
Those clamps with the rounded head through bolt were first used on the '26,'27 acces. bumpers. A very similar version was also used on the late '30 & '31 Canadian bumpers.

I've had several sets of 26-27 T bumpers over the years, and have wondered about the bolts. I think the T's were painted steel, so maybe the stainless steel capped bolts were for the Model A's
