1940 sedan rear shocks

Found that I have a broken lower rear shock mount. It is converted to tube type shocks. The (lower) mount has a number B 1102 R stamped into it. No name. Any one familiar with that number and where in might get one?

Also, The mount fastens to the back of the brake plate. One of the bolts has moved back into the brake shoe area. What are the steps to remove the brake drum so I can get to that shock mounting bolt?
