Hi all,
Can anyone provide some advice on where/how to get new material for the 'tack strip' in the upper rear corners of my 28 Tudor? I have the metal channels that run horizontally from the top corners of the rear window around to the side rails, but they have none of the material that should be inside them for the upholstery to attach to. Parts houses don't seem to stock it. Does it come in the upholstery kits? Thanks Gus |

Gus,
If you are referring to the tack strips for the headliner they are available from several vendors. If I remember correctly I got mine from Snyder's They were a little hard to find in the catalog. |

I got mine from either Bert's or Brattons.
As Jim already stated, they are hard to fing in the catalog. Chris |

You can make your own out of leather belting - either the industrial type for machinery belts or old leather trouser belts. Just cut strips to fit into the channels and crimp the edges. That's what I did.
