I read some on this forum about a member having a shifting problem with his three speed overdrive. As I remember something happened in the overdrive an he had no reverse. I have a problem with my three speed overdrive jumping out of second when decelerating. I have done the usual, new second gear, new synchronizer. new main shaft, check thickness of snap ring, countershaft and gears all OK. I was wondering if something in my overdrive could be causing the problem. The overdrive itself works just as it should. Engages about 30 MPH and will kick down with the kickdown switch, and disengages when slowing below 30 MPH. Any thoughts would really help.
