Default Rat Cleanup After Bad Storage

Got a chance to start tearing down my '40 coupe after a couple of years of storage. The rat mess was ghastly. Lucky I had removed the interior Any one have experience with pressure washing such a problem? The cabin is an empty shell. Only the doors stubbornly remain. The door hinge screws are tough to remove, now Kroil soaking. The plan is to lift the empty cabin for stripping. I'll need to aggressively deal with the water. Any body-off tips?

Thanks: Fred A

The door hinge screws like some heat. I prefer mapp gas unless you are well versed in oxy-atcetelyne. Apply the kroil as they cool off. Maybe 2 oe 3 cycles of this before trying them. You certainly have a big project on your hands, butbthat's what this hobby has always been about. I don't have much post war experience, or car body experience either. Many here do!

Have you tried using an impact driver and hammer to remove those pesky door screws? After several treatments with Kroil, this tool should be able to break them loose.
