topfuel724 Member Join Date: Oct 2011 Location: Fort Worth, Texas Posts: 78	1949-1953 Merc Oil Pan Depth What is the depth of the 1949-1953 Merc rear sump oil pan vs the 1949-1953 Ford center sump oil pan? I have a 8BA installed in a 1932 Ford with the Ford center sump pan and was wondering if I would gain additional ground clearance by changing to the Merc oil pan.
