Default MARC Gettysburg event

Who is planning to attend the MARC National Meet in Gettysburg the week of June 15th? I am looking forward to it and seeing all of the attendees and their cars? This is my first time driving my car to an event like this and can’t wait for the experience!

I am also going to get my car judged in Touring Class which will be the first time for me and the car to go through that as well.

Hope to see a bunch of you folks at the festivities.

I'll be a team captain in Touring Class judging. I hope you looked over the TC standards so there are no surprises when you get your judging sheets back.

AL in NY, I judged my car in late April and found a few things that could be easily changed to not loose those points. For instance the firewall grommet for the GAV control rod was wrong, the color of the spring on that rod as well. I’m by no means an “expert” so I am looking to learn a bunch about judging at the event especially from the team captains. Hope to see you there.

What is the Gettysburg address?

Sorry, could not resist a straight line.

I drove 120 miles today to make it to the MARC meet and the car ran great! This was my longest run with the car and at this point I am extremely happy with how it ran. Great start to the week and I can’t wait for the judging events on Tuesday and Wednesday!

We're having a great time in Gettysburg at the MARC Meet with the Burtz Block team. Stop by and say Hi!

HAHAHAA! I don't look nearly as bad in the photo as I thought I did. (I'm in the green shirt.)

It was a pleasure getting to meet the Burtz team!

I was there and had a great time. Good seminars, nice Grand Tour. etc. I was an apprentice fine point judge and really enjoyed that. I entered fashion judging and got an award, so a great time all around. Lots of ice cream for the ice cream social, for a change.
